Refund & Return Policy

At SRS Coco World (SRS Agro Products), we value customer satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality coconut-based agro products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of agro and food-related products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The product is defective or spoiled on arrival

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • The package is opened or tampered with at the time of delivery

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Items returned after 24 hours of delivery

  • Perishable goods once accepted by the customer

  • Products purchased under special offers or discounts (unless damaged or defective)


3. Return Process

    • Order ID

    • Product images

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will verify the request and provide instructions for return pickup or replacement.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.


5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the return is approved, we will bear the return shipping cost.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
